A residential tower I designed as part of a studio on high-density urban housing at RPI.  Each unit is an eighteen-foot cube, with half its volume slipped half a level.  Six slip-formed concrete cores contain kitchen and bathroom spaces, and are cut away at the base to fit in a narrow New York City site.  At the lowest level, the corridor footprint is replaced by a glass pool pierced by the trapezoidal elevators.
